I only wore them a couple of hours and my bone on bone pain diminished by 95%.

Excellent product, well-constructed and of apparently high quality materials. My first experience with orthopedic bracing (knee) so not a completely reliable reporter here; I don't know how tight the bracing must be to be effective. I will report back again after a few weeks with more detail on that front. If the product itself is as good as the customer support from this seller to date, I suspect there will be no issues, and a great outcome as to healing and joint maintenance. My order turned out to be two sizes smaller than I needed, but Meiddano/Copperknee responded immediately to my return query. After my reply sending better measurements and pictures of the knee brace in place, they sent another pair two sizes larger---a world of difference. The replacements arrived quickly (next day) and the tone of the email exchange was warm and supportive throughout. I can't recommend this seller highly enough in terms of customer support and satisfaction.

I wore this brace to the gym 2 days now and I have zero issues with it. It does the job it’s supposed to. It stays up, it doesn’t overheat, it doesn’t bunch up in the front or back. I’m 5’6 160lbs. I have thicker thighs. And it doesn’t exactly narrow to the knee. I don’t know if that helps with how it fits me. The size I chose is medium. See first photo for brace fit. The second photo you can see the shape of my leg without brace. I hope this is helpful for you.

I twisted my knee about a year ago in May 2025. I had a cortisone shot in June 2025 and it helped with the mobility because I was unable to bend it 90°. Shot wore off and I don't want surgery so I searched for an alternative. My symptoms are swelling, my knee feels unstable and clicking sounds when I walk. I am a machinist by trade so I'm constantly hopping in and out of machines, bending and using stairs. I purchased this on a whim watching an influencer's page and it has been great. I use it at work for 10+ hours and I purchased a second for the gym. When wearing this, I feel almost 100% mobile. Definitely measure as suggested and purchase the size closest to your measurements.
